Spanish Chicken with chorizo and beans - cooked with chilli, smoked paprika and tomatoes

Belly pork with cider and chilli 

Lamb Shrewsbury - lamb with lemon, Worcestershire sauce and mushrooms

Lasagne/Vegetable lasagne

Fish pie - Smoked haddock and salmon in a cheese sauce with potato topping

Moroccan lamb meatballs - with fresh corander and lime juice in a tomato sauce

Vegetable taggine with coriander and turmeric

Sweet and sour pork - with red peppers and pineapple

Various curries ( to be discussed!! )

Chilli with cumin and tomaotoes and kidney beans

Cottage Pie
